read(apiSecret: string): Promise<ClusterResponse>
Gets the default cluster and list the available onces.
Parameters
- apiSecret: string
  The API Secret used to authenticate this request.
Returns Promise<ClusterResponse>
A Promise whose fulfillment handler receives a ClusterResponse object.
