publish(publishingToken, streamName): Promise<PublishResponse>
Request for url and authorization to publish a stream.
Parameters
- publishingToken: string
  The publishing token.
- streamName: string
  The name of the stream.
Returns Promise<PublishResponse>
A PublishResponse object through a Promise.
