Lists all transcoder profiles.
Parameters
- apiSecret: string
  The API Secret used to authenticate this request.
- options: ListTranscodersProfilesSortOptions
  Options to sort the response.
Returns Promise<TranscoderProfile[]>
A Promise whose fulfillment handler receives an array of TranscoderProfile objects.
