): Promise<SubscribeResponse>
Request for url and authorization to subscribe to a stream.
Parameters
- streamName: string
  The name of the stream.
- OptionalstreamAccountId: string
  The account identifier. Required only for published streams which have subscribeRequiresAuth=false.
- OptionalpublishingToken: string
  The publish token.
Returns Promise<SubscribeResponse>
A SubscribeResponse object through a Promise.
