Gets the specified cloud transcoder instance.
Parameters
- apiSecret: string
  The API Secret used to authenticate this request.
- transcoderInstanceId: string
  Identifier of the cloud transcoder instance to retrieve.
Returns Promise<TranscoderInstance>
A Promise whose fulfillment handler receives a TranscoderInstance object.
